With a lot written about why legal department metrics are important, but a lot less done about explaining what metrics should be measured, an international team formed in October 2020 to create a catalog of legal metrics and a framework to navigate them. The tool they produced is a result of more than a thousand hours of work and is a free resource for the legal industry. Please use it and provide feedback for improvements. Together we can help legal departments become increasingly data driven and valuable to the organizations they support.
